Senior Program Director, Government Programs (Remote)

The Senior Director is the overall Account Leader responsible for the overall success of the client relationship and serves as the strategic leader accountable for program delivery, technical solution advancement, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.

This role partners closely with executive stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams to ensure the successful implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of complex enrollment and premium processing technology and business operations programs.

The Account Leader provides executive oversight of program delivery while driving innovation, operational efficiencies, and technology-enabled transformation to support the client's long-term strategic objectives.

This role requires occasional travel to support client meetings, business needs, and other program-related activities.

About the Program

The MA Connector Program is a technology and operations program supporting the state's health insurance marketplace.

The program oversees enrollment, billing, invoicing, payment collection, financial operations, and system maintenance and operations.
