Licensed Physical Therapist (POTFF)

Maximus is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide direct-access evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, and injury mitigation support for Special Operations Forces (SOF) personnel.

The PT serves as an independent licensed practitioner and integral member of the Physical Domain program, helping optimize mission readiness, physical performance, and musculoskeletal health.

This role includes clinical care, program support, data reporting, staff supervision, and advisement to POTFF, medical, and command leadership.

About the POTFF Program

The Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) program supports U.S.

Special Operations Forces (SOF) personnel and their families through an integrated, holistic approach to human performance, health, and readiness.

The program brings together specialized professionals across physical, psychological, cognitive, social, and spiritual performance to strengthen resilience, optimize performance, and support long-term mission readiness and career longevity.

U.S.

citizenship is required.

Candidates must possess an active U.S.

Government security clearance or be eligible to obtain and maintain a s ecurity clearance as required for contract performance.
