Are you passionate about quality improvement, compliance, and ensuring individuals receive high-quality services? Join Maximus as a Clinical QA Analyst supporting the Florida PASRR program and play a key role in maintaining excellence across clinical operations.

As part of a collaborative and highly experienced Quality and Risk Management team, you'll help ensure clinical assessments and determinations meet contract requirements, quality standards, and regulatory expectations.

While this position is based in our Tallahassee office, you'll work closely with a nationwide team of quality professionals who are committed to continuous improvement, integrity, and operational excellence.

In this role, you'll:


* Conduct quality reviews of clinical assessments and case documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.


* Analyze reports, monitor service level agreements (SLAs), and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.


* Utilize internal quality tools and reporting systems to gather data, track performance metrics, and support contract reporting requirements.


* Provide feedback and guidance to clinical reviewers and coordinators to promote quality outcomes and adherence to established standards.


* Support compliance and quality initiatives that help ensure vulnerable individuals receive timely and appropriate services.
