Senior Strength and Conditioning Specialist (POTFF)

The Senior Strength and Conditioning Specialist serves as the lead representative for all matters related to strength and conditioning and injury mitigation for the Command.

This role designs, administers, and refines evidence-based strength and conditioning programs to optimize the physical performance and recovery of SOF personnel while using analytics to track program effectiveness.

The Senior Strength and Conditioning Specialist supervises and coordinates physical training programs, provides expert instruction, and oversees administrative and quality assurance functions for the program.

Government security clearance or be eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance as required for contract performance.
