In our time of Company growth, we seek aPatient Service Representative Lead - ASI Work Locations:Bradenton, FL As part of this role, you will: Oversee Patient Services Representatives and their daily workand responsibilities, and monitor their productivity as directed by the Patient Services leadership teamProvide feedback and coaching to Patient Services Representatives per the MCR Health Supervisor Reference Manual and Employee HandbookAssist in orientation and training of Patient Services Representatives upon hire and as directed by the Patient Services Dept leadership teamProvides friendly, courteous, and professional service always to all patients, visitors, co-workers, and leaders (To Provide an Exceptional Experience to Everyone, Every Time)
