Job Duties/Responsibilities: Supervise all children and activities within the program areaImplement daily lesson and activity plansComply with state and local regulations as well as YMCA standards and proceduresAdhere to program standards including safety and cleanliness standardsAttend and participate in family events, program activities, and staff meetings as directedFollow YMCA policies and procedures, including those related to medical and disciplinary situations, child abuse prevention and emergenciesMaintain positive relations with participants, parents and other staffDiapering and toilet training for children including assisting children in changing out of soiled clothingPerform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Minimum age 18 Meet educational and experience qualifications established by Department of Child Youth and Families (DCYF).
