The Principal is the schools chief academic, spiritual and student-life leader, responsible for advancing academic excellence, developing faculty and staff, fostering a strong and inclusive school culture, and ensuring that students receive the support and challenge they need to thrive.

Reporting to the President/CEO, the Principal provides vision and leadership for curriculum, instruction, student development & faith, college readiness, faculty performance, and the daily educational experience.

The Principal leads collaboratively across departments, connecting academic priorities with the Corporate Work Study Program, college advising, student support, campus ministry, athletics, and other areas of school life.
