THIS POSITION IS 20 HOURS WEEKLY What You Bring to the Table: Essential Qualifications: Perform general building maintenance tasks; receive work orders and performs tasks required to complete duties assigned Monitor and record water temperatures throughout the facility, such as resident use areas, laundry and dietary areas Monitor and maintain HVAC system, electrical systems, and emergency generator systems Other duties as assigned
