Apply today! What You'll Do Review incoming auto, property, and general liability incident claim forms for accuracy and completeness.

Request additional claim information from managers as needed.

Assist managers with completing and submitting claim forms.

Report claims to insurance carriers when necessary.

Monitor and follow up on existing auto, property, and general liability claims.

Receive, review, and maintain records of certificates of insurance from vendors and contractors.

Process requests for certificates of insurance from dealerships, affiliated companies, and financial institutions requiring proof of coverage.

Submit certificate requests to the appropriate insurance carriers.

Assist with reviewing insurance policies and preparing documentation for policy renewals.

Previous experience in insurance claims processing, the insurance industry, or a legal office is highly preferred but not required.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with managers and other team members.
