Carolina Caring is seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking, and visionary Senior Vice President of Strategy to join our Senior Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization.

This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished executive to turn bold ideas into meaningful results, accelerate strategic growth, and expand access to compassionate care throughout the communities we serve.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), this influential leader will spearhead organization-wide strategic initiatives, identify new opportunities for growth, and build meaningful partnerships that strengthen Carolina Caring's market presence and long-term impact.

Providing executive leadership across sales, business development, community engagement, strategic partnerships, volunteer services, bereavement and counseling programs, outreach, and marketing and communications, the Senior Vice President of Strategy will unite teams around a shared vision, drive referral growth, expand market opportunities, and champion innovative, data-driven strategies that enhance the patient and family experience.

This executive will play a critical role in strengthening sales performance, cultivating key referral relationships, identifying emerging market opportunities, and developing strategies that position Carolina Caring for sustainable growth and continued success.
