Phillips Medisize, a Molex Company is seeking a dedicated Environmental Health and Safety Manager to lead our efforts in maintaining and advancing our environmental health and safety programs at our Hudson, WI facility.

What You Will Do



* Implement corporate and site-specific safety and environmental programs and required documentation


* Complete and submit environmental permits, reports, forms, and regulatory surveys


* Develop site-specific EHS programs, policies, procedures, and training materials


* Coordinate and deliver required safety and environmental training


* Maintain regulatory records and company metrics and communicate results to site and corporate leadership


* Implement and maintain the Environmental Management System (EMS), including corrective actions


* Support facility interactions with government agencies


* Manage work-related injury and illness cases, including the Return-to-Work Program


* Support ISO 14001, Process Safety Management, EPA and DNR emissions reporting, and Business Continuity Planning


* Manage safety and environmental consultants, vendors, and contractors


* Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations and company EHS policies and procedures

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)



* Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, environmental science, industrial hygiene, engineering, or chemistry OR 5+ years of professional EHS experience


* 2+ years experience working in a manufacturing environment


* OSHA, EPA, OR state regulatory experience


* Experience in pharmaceutical, drug-device combination, or other FDA regulated manufacturing


* Working knowledge of 21 CFR Parts 210 and 211, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and their interaction with EHS controls.
