Responsibilities Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry ManagerAnswer phones and respond to orders, re-orders and general customer inquiriesEnter new orders for staff pharmacist reviewMaintain up-to-date, accurate customer information Generate labels for dispensingAnswer phones and respond to order inquiriesClarify orders as neededHandle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely mannerTriage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times Qualifications Licensed Pharmacy Technician Previous experience in pharmacyLTC pharmacy experience preferredKnowledge of brand name and generic medicationsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsModerate to advanced computer skills requiredGreat telephone etiquette a mustFrameworks / ECM knowledge a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent Benefits Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceRetirement planPaid time offEmployee Assistance Program EEO Statement, SpecialtyRx, Inc.
