Position Summary

The Senior Manager, EM Procurement Strategy & Warehousing Initiatives

is a strategic delivery role within External Manufacturing Procurement.

The role partners with the EM Global Category Leader and subcategory leaders to convert priorities into clear programs, decisions and measurable outcomes across a complex global supplier landscape.

The position directly leads selected business-critical initiatives, establishes portfolio governance, develops insights for leadership decisions, and drives cross-functional execution.

As part of this broader portfolio, the role may also lead selected strategic external warehousing, overflow-storage and capacity projects where focused procurement leadership is required.

The role requires the ability to challenge constructively, influence stakeholders without direct authority, and move ambiguous initiatives from concept to implementation.

The position is accountable for structuring problems, shaping recommendations, enabling decisions and driving outcomes.
