Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one "clean" ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.

The program will simplify the sector ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes to deliver a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose digital backbone that enables us to support the Innovative Medicine business with agility.

It will also remediate end-of-life system exposure expected toward the end of this decade.

We are searching for the best talent for Manager, Transcend IMO.

This hybrid role is located in Cork, Ireland.

Alternate hybrid locations may be considered at other Innovative Medicine Supply Chain (IMSC) hubs location such as: Madrid, Spain; Latina, Italy; and Lisbon, Portugal.

About the Interdependency Management Office (IMO)

The IMO is the connective tissue between Transcend and the initiatives running across IM portfolios and enterprise functions.

It provides a common intake for interdependencies and ERP demand, triages and routes items to the appropriate pathway, supports assessment of Transcend impact, and tracks items through decision and closure in partnership with Transcend and portfolio governance.

Position Summary
