We are currently seeking a Part Time Bell Attendant to join our Front Office & Concierge team.

About the Role

As a Bell Attendant, you'll be one of the first and last people our guests encounter during their stay.

Your warm welcome, local knowledge, and attention to detail will help create memorable experiences and set the tone for exceptional service throughout the guest journey.

This is a highly visible role suited to someone who enjoys engaging with people, takes pride in delivering outstanding service, and thrives in a fast-paced luxury resort environment.

Key responsibilities include:


* Welcoming guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality


* Assisting with luggage handling, valet parking, and transportation arrangements


* Escorting guests to their rooms while providing information about resort facilities and services


* Sharing recommendations on local attractions, dining experiences, and activities across the Gold Coast


* Responding promptly to guest requests and enquiries with confidence and care


* Coordinating guest requests and ensuring timely follow-up and resolution


* Supporting Front Office operations to ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience


* Working collaboratively with all resort departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences


* Maintaining the highest standards of presentation, professionalism, and brand representation

This is an active role that requires you to be on your feet for extended periods, working both indoors and outdoors across the resort.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with a genuine passion for hospitality and creating positive experiences for others.

Ideally, you will bring:


* Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, tourism, or a guest-facing environment (preferred but not essential)


* A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable first impressions


* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills


* A positive, professional, and proactive attitude


* Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs


* The ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment


* Physical capability to lift, push, and pull luggage and equipment safely


* A current Australian Driver Licence (C-Class Preferred)


* Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
