Senior Sales Associate

Minimum 12 years of retail, hospitality or service experience; skincare or aesthetics experience preferred Intermediate knowledge of retail operations, POS systems and cash handling Familiarity with Zenoti or similar scheduling and sales software Leadership or keyholder experience preferred Strong product knowledge and interest in skincare Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills Must be at least 18 years old Full availability to work and be scheduled full-time, including evenings, holidays and special events Must work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) regularly Able to commit to a schedule made 60 days in advance Able to reliably commute to the home clinic and periodically cover other clinics as needed Able to stand for long periods, walk, and lift and move inventory or equipment up to 25 lbs
