Injection Molding Technician II - 3rd shift Lead

Duties/Responsibilities: Startup and shutdown injection molding machines and robotsComplete mold changesTroubleshoot part and/or process issues that occur during productionConduct material changeoversComplete part production paperworkTouch up robot program (gate cuts, part pick)Repair end of arm tooling for part removalOther duties as assigned Knowledge/Skill/Abilities: Ability to apply basic understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral or diagram form.

Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Experience with injection molding to include set up, trouble shooting and root cause analysis Understanding of basic quality tools (micrometers, calipers, weigh scales, etc.) preferred Experience with injection molding part removal robot programming Experience managing people is a plus Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Education and Experience Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Technical College Degree or equivalent preferred.
