Work Experience


* ART1 Tool Landscape: Develop a solid understanding of the overall ART1 tool landscape, including the individual applications, their interaction and dependencies, key stakeholders and responsible persons, and opportunities for improving the overall setup.

* Central CS Platforms: Build knowledge and hands-on experience with central CS platforms such as Snowflake, Sense, and related services.


* Current Demands & Initiatives: Support ongoing demands and initiatives, such as the Harmonization of Offline Clients.


* Supplier Management: Coordinate and collaborate with different suppliers and delivery organizations, including external suppliers, DC India, and DC Slovakia.


* CCMS & Knowledge Technology: Understand CCMS technologies and the overall approach to collecting, managing, and distributing knowledge.

* CS Business Lines: Develop an understanding of the different CS Business Lines, such as MR, CT, XP, and AT, and actively connect with users of the respective applications to understand their needs and use cases.


* Visualization & Communication: Create professional PowerPoint presentations and Conceptboard sketches to communicate concepts, architectures, and ideas.

LeanIX knowledge would be beneficial.


* DBM Process & Stakeholders: Understand the DBM process and build a network with relevant stakeholders, such as Digital Leads and Focus Topic Owners.


* Strategic Concepts & Initiatives: Contribute to and support concepts and initiatives such as Jobs to be Done, Information of the Future, Problem Management of the Future, and BTT 1.2 Partner Enablement.

In line with applicable pay transparency requirements, the minimum gross monthly base salary for this position is 3 400€.
