Job Summary

We are seeking a Rebar Fabrication Lead to direct and optimize our steel department within our advanced precast manufacturing facility.

Unlike traditional, grueling outdoor field "rod-busting" leadership roles, you will run a fully sheltered, highly modernized indoor shop.

Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you will be the driving force behind our steel department.

You will manage everyday workflow, interpret blueprints, and train our team of Fabrication Associates through our structured multi-stage career path.

Job Responsibilities



* Production Coordination: Partner with the Production Manager to align everyday schedules, assigning tasks to department personnel so that all engineered steel designs are fabricated at least one day prior to scheduled production.


* Blueprint Interpretation: Act as the shop's primary technical resource.

Read and interpret steel design drawings, collaborate directly with the Engineering team to resolve discrepancies, and communicate details clearly to the floor.
