Position Overview



* Manage an MR mechanical and ISE's under supervision of MR Modality Dir.


* MIV quality support and training improvements.


* Weekly MR schedule (takes around 8 hours a week due to so much movement).


* Calibration tool and support for MR ISE team.


* New hire training to ensure compliance


* OEM support and changes for field.


* Drive team support and consistency

As a Manager Project Management Support & Systems Implementations (MR), you will be responsible for:



* All MR equipment implementations: you oversee all aspects of MR installations to ensure all installations are completed on time and of the highest quality


* Acting as a liaison to and developing strong working relationships and communications path with the MR Business Line and SCM group representatives for MR, as well as the U.S.

sales and service organization from a technical installation standpoint


* Act as the point of escalation for any project management support requests for MR


* Manage productivity and cost containment for installations in addition to identifying any gaps/ training opportunities.

Further improve Project Management, Installations and Logistics processes, explore new opportunities and optimize timing of project milestones


* Lead cross functionally to ensure product turnover is completed on time, including overall responsibility for team KPI's including Cycle Time, Install Quality and Revenue Targets

* You have a deep technical knowledge of the installation activities and criteria of the MR modality, and you understand symbolic architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical elements of equipment
