The Experience & Compliance Senior Specialist is responsible for advancing North America Procurement stakeholder partnership, compliance governance, audit readiness, experience management, and business transformation.

Working with supervision, the role leads complex workstreams and provides deep functional expertise across Experience Services, Compliance, Controls & Audit and Tax Support North America projects, and US-specific exception processes, including Escheatment and Asset Recovery.

Primary Scope:


* Experience: Level 3 support for critical markets, partner engagement, complex escalation management, service recovery, Experience Center support, and user education.



* Compliance & Controls: SOX control management, control monitoring, deficiency assessment, documentation, and remediation coordination.



* Audit & Tax Support: coordination of internal and external audit engagement, evidence readiness, walkthrough support, tax-related operational support, and closure of findings.



* AP Projects: North America projects, acquisitions and divestitures, transformation, process standardization, technology enablement, testing, and change adoption.
