The Experience & Compliance Specialist supports North America Procurement stakeholder engagement, compliance activities, audit readiness, experience management, and business process improvement initiatives.

Working under general supervision, the role provides operational support and functional expertise across Experience Services, SOX controls, Audit Management, North America projects, and regional-specific activities including, but not limited to, Escheatment and Asset Recovery.

The position works closely with Global and Regional Service Delivery teams, business stakeholders, and compliance partners to deliver a positive user experience, maintain compliance requirements, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Primary Scope:


* Experience: Support Level 3 issue resolution, stakeholder engagement, service recovery, Experience Center activities, and user education.


* Compliance & Controls: Support SOX control execution, control monitoring, documentation, and remediation activities.


* Audit & Tax Support: Assist with internal and external audits, evidence collection, walkthrough preparation, tax-related operational support, and action tracking.


* AP Projects: Support North America projects, acquisitions and divestitures, process improvements, testing activities, and change adoption.
