Position Description:

The Jr.

Analyst, Finance Master Data Management will support the maintenance, governance, and quality of financial master data across global business processes and systems.

This role contributes to operational excellence by ensuring master data integrity, compliance, and accurate execution of finance processes that support decision-making across Johnson & Johnson.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Finance, Data Governance, Technology, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality master data services while supporting digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and validate Finance Master Data in accordance with established policies, procedures, and governance standards.

• Support the maintenance of financial master data objects including:

- Cost Centers

- General Ledger Accounts

- Profit Centers

- Internal Orders

- Exchange Rates

- Other Finance Master Data elements

• Process requests through SAP MDG and other approved platforms while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
