Payroll Support Senior Team Lead

Location: Bogota, Colombia

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.

The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.

Position Summary

The Payroll Senior Team Lead will be responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and compliant payroll for designated countries, ensuring adherence to global standards, statutory requirements, internal controls, and service-level commitments.

This role will act as the first level of payroll leadership, accountable for daily execution, team performance, service quality, and compliance.

This role will lead and provide guidance to a team of analysts and senior analysts in delivering payroll operations, projects, and/or audits, while partnering with third-party vendors to maintain processes that support payroll administration.
