Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and support complex, cross-functional initiatives.

This individual will be responsible for driving projects from planning through execution, coordinating stakeholders, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring work remains aligned to business objectives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, and able to create structure and clarity in ambiguous situations.

This role requires strong project management, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to influence across teams and drive accountability.

Key Responsibilities


* Lead the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional projects and initiatives.


* Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.


* Establish appropriate project governance, meeting cadences, status reporting, and escalation processes.


* Track and manage risks, actions, issues, and dependencies, proactively driving resolution.


* Coordinate across business, functional, and technical teams to ensure alignment and execution.


* Clarify roles, responsibilities, ownership, and decision points across project teams.


* Prepare clear and concise project updates, presentations, and leadership communications.


* Facilitate project meetings and working sessions to drive decisions, alignment, and accountability.


* Identify potential obstacles and work across teams to develop mitigation and resolution plans.


* Monitor project progress and escalate risks or issues when appropriate.


* Partner with stakeholders to define project objectives, success measures, and expected outcomes.


* Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure deliverables, timelines, and priorities remain aligned.


* Support change and implementation activities associated with new processes, capabilities, technologies, or ways of working.
