Integrated Eligibility Business Analyst - Human Service Transformation

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the planning, analysis, testing, and implementation of technology and business transformation solutions for Deloitte's Government and Public Services practice.

In this role, you will work closely with clients, project teams, and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, improve processes, and support successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate brings foundational business analysis experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to support initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.

Work You'll Do

As a Project - Integrated Eligibility Business Analyst (Delivery Engineer II) on the Government and Public Services team, you will be responsible for:


* Support analysis and documentation of eligibility policies, business rules, and operational processes for public sector health and human services programs, including Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, and related benefit programs.


* Collaborate with eligibility workers, policy staff, and program stakeholders to translate legislation, policy guidance, and operational requirements into system requirements and business processes.


* Support eligibility determination design, case management workflows, notices, enrollment processes, interfaces, and program operations within integrated eligibility environments.


* Assist with development and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT), scenario-based testing, and validation of eligibility outcomes against policy requirements.


* Analyze defects, operational issues, and enhancement requests to identify business impacts and support resolution planning.
