Facilitator and Project Strategy Manager

Work you'll do

As a Facilitator and Project Manager of Strategy and Transformation on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting modernization of the Logistics Information Technology (LogIT) portfolio to help teams deliver mission value faster.


* Lead IT portfolio consolidation and modernization strategy activities, including portfolio assessments, prioritization, roadmaps, governance, and delivery planning.


* Facilitate workshops, executive briefings, and stakeholder sessions with leaders to drive alignment, decisions, and actionable outcomes for enterprise technology adoption.


* Develop approaches for evaluating, adopting, and integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and generative AI capabilities into logistics information technology processes, services, and portfolio initiatives.


* Translate mission, business, operational, and technical needs into actionable requirements, implementation roadmaps, and prioritized initiatives across business, operational, and technical teams.


* Lead project management and process-improvement efforts, including root cause analysis and business process reengineering, to improve portfolio delivery, technology integration, and mission support.
