The Experienced Hire Recruiter delivers personalized candidate experiences through day-to-day recruitment activities to acquire top talent.

They partner with the Recruiting Managers, sourcing, and clients to inform and tailor the recruiting strategy based on local talent market needs, aligning experienced candidates to business practices.

Work you'll do

Strategic Partnership


* Serve as a primary point of contact and talent acquisition advisor for internal business stakeholders.


* Design and execute recruiting strategies aligned to meet business needs, utilizing talent market intelligence tools, data analysis, and subject matter expertise to provide strategic insights on various skillsets, industries, and hiring locations.


* Work as a trusted partner to share talent supply and demand trends and utilize reporting and data-driven insights to influence key internal stakeholders on complex decisions regarding the direction of recruitment activities.

Full Lifecycle Recruitment


* Lead and manage recruiting programs and related events, ensuring effective planning, promotion, tracking, and event support.


* Manage requisitions and the recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing through preboarding handoff.

Partner with sourcing team to identify candidates through postings, referrals, events, direct sourcing, and professional networks.


* Provide consistent communication and recruitment updates to hiring teams, setting expectations around process and timeline.

Recruitment Optimization


* Lead and/or participate in Deloitte-wide Talent Acquisition projects to pave the way for process improvements and change initiatives.


* Leverage Deloitte-approved AI platforms to improve various stages of the recruitment process and the candidate experience.


* Serve as a mentor to new team members, assisting with training and troubleshooting.

Compliance


* Mitigate and resolve issues, escalating to Managers, as appropriate.


* Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in applicant tracking system and associated recruiting systems.


* Adhere to the guidelines set forth by Deloitte related to job posting requirements and engagement with candidates to meet service level agreements regarding employee referral reviews, interview integrity, and the compliance and security review process.


* Comply with pay equity and wage disclosure requirements.
