Work you'll do/Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant Salesforce Architect, you'll shape and guide secure, scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds, including integrations that support the project's agent user experience.

You'll set architectural direction, oversee solution design and delivery, and help engineering teams make sound decisions across data, security, development, and integration.


* Lead Salesforce architecture, design, configuration, development, enhancement, and troubleshooting across relevant Salesforce clouds.


* Define multi-cloud solutions and integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture.


* Guide Salesforce data architecture, user provisioning, security profiles, sharing, and Lightning page management.


* Set standards for performance, scalability, security, maintainability, code quality, and configuration-over-customization.


* Provide technical leadership through design reviews, guidance, and mentoring across Salesforce engineering roles.


* Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management


* Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes
