Production Team Member

Position Summary Bright Wood is continuously looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our production team.

Our Production Team Member positions are entry level opportunities designed for individuals who are ready to learn, work hard, and be part of a team.

Previous manufacturing or wood products experience is not required.

We provide on the job training and opportunities to learn new skills and grow within the company.

What You Will Do As a Production Team Member, you may work in different areas of our manufacturing operation depending on your skills, interests, and current openings.

Responsibilities may include: Operating or assisting with production equipment Handling, sorting, stacking, inspecting, and packaging wood products Feeding materials into production equipment and removing finished products Inspecting products for quality and identifying defects Following established production procedures and work instructions Maintaining a clean and organized work area Following all safety rules, procedures, and required PPE requirements Communicating with Leads and Supervisors regarding production or safety concerns Working cooperatively with team members to meet safety, quality, and production goals Learning additional jobs and equipment as training opportunities become available Performing other production related duties as assigned What We Are Looking For No previous manufacturing experience is required.
