Manufacturing & Refurbishment Manager

The Manufacturing & Refurbishment Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of industrial parts washer manufacturing, remanufacturing, refurbishment, testing, and repair operations.

This role oversees production, rebuilding, welding, fabrication, assembly, paint, and service teams to ensure new and refurbished parts washers are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to customer specifications.

The manager drives operational excellence, continuous improvement, quality, and employee development while supporting business growth and customer satisfaction.
