Pay: $29-$33 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Part-Time

Oak Glen Post Acute is looking for a compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our nursing team!

If you're an LVN who enjoys building relationships with your patients, working alongside a supportive healthcare team, and making a meaningful difference each shift, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do


* Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents


* Administer medications and treatments as ordered


* Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately


* Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation


* Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team


* Support residents and families throughout their care journey


* Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and positive environment for our residents

What We're Looking For


* Current California LVN license


* Current CPR/BLS certification


* Strong communication and clinical skills


* Dependable, organized, and team-oriented


* Compassionate approach to resident care


* Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred
