Pay: $18.50-$21.00 per hour, depending on experience

Rancho Bellagio Post Acute is looking for compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team!

As a CNA, you play an incredibly important role in the lives of our residents.

From providing hands-on care to offering encouragement and a familiar smile, you help create an environment where residents feel respected, comfortable, and cared for.

What You'll Do


* Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility


* Provide compassionate and respectful hands-on care


* Assist with transfers, positioning, and ambulation


* Respond promptly to resident needs


* Observe residents and communicate changes or concerns to the licensed nursing team


* Support residents with comfort, safety, and daily routines


* Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members


* Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming care environment

What We're Looking For


* Current California CNA certification


* Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care


* Dependable, professional, and team-oriented


* Strong communication skills


* Commitment to providing high-quality care


* Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred
