Waterman Canyon Post Acute is hiring Physical Therapists to join our rehabilitation team.

Work directly with patients as they rebuild strength, improve mobility, and work toward greater independence.

Compensation


* Full-Time PT: $54-$56/hour DOE


* Per Diem PT: $58-$60/hour DOE

Responsibilities


* Perform physical therapy evaluations and assessments


* Create individualized plans of care


* Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional ability


* Monitor and document patient progress


* Educate patients and caregivers


* Coordinate with members of the interdisciplinary care team

Qualifications


* Active California Physical Therapist license


* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program


* Excellent communication and organizational skills


* Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care


* Post-acute or skilled nursing experience preferred
