is a growing AISC-certified structural steel and miscellaneous metals fabricator and erector serving the DC, Virginia, and Maryland areas.

We are looking for an experienced, dependable individual to join our team as a Yard Supervisor.

What You'll Do Supervise and lead a team of 34 yard employees during the second shift.Coordinate the movement, staging, and organization of structural steel materials.Ensure trucks are loaded and unloaded accurately and efficiently.Operate forklifts to move steel materials throughout the yard.Assist with loading and securing flatbed trailers.Verify materials against shipping documents before loading.Maintain inventory organization and ensure materials are properly stored.Communicate with production, shipping, and management teams to support timely deliveries.Monitor employee performance and assist with training as needed.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard environment.Enforce company safety procedures and quality standards.

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 14:30 PM Saturdays might be working days too depending on the week.
