MSU Nurse Manager

Leads and facilitates the provision of excellent, safe, evidence-based, efficient, patient- and family-centered care in the Medical-Surgical Unit.

Ensures high-quality clinical outcomes through effectiveleadership, operational oversight, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Supports and models the mission,vision, and values of Lake Chelan Health and translates those into daily practice for caregivers.

Qualifications Registered Nurse, currently licensed in the State of Washington; BSN required or agreement tobegin an accredited BSN program within one year of hire.

Current Healthcare Provider CPR: ACLS, PALS, and NRP required or must obtain within 12months of hire.

Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a Medical-Surgical required.

Minimum of twoyears of clinical experience in an Intensive Care Unit or Progressive Care Unit setting preferred.

Minimum of one year of supervisory or nursing leadership experience highly preferred.
