The Role: Front-end of the billing cycle: verifying patient insurance, gathering necessary documentation, data entry, and ensuring patient files are complete before claims are submitted.

Schedule:MondayFriday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM What We're Looking For A high school diploma or equivalent.Strong computer literacy, with the ability to quickly learn new software systems and navigate multiple screenExcellent communication skills and a polite, professional phone etiquette.

High level of attention to detail and accuracydata entry precision is critical in medical billing.

What Youll Be Doing Accurately enter patient demographics, insurance information, and provider details into our billing software.Organize and scan medical records, ensuring all patient files are up-to-date and securely stored in compliance with HIPAA regulations.Contact insurance companies (via web portals or phone) to verify active coverage, deductibles, and co-insurance amounts for incoming patients.Review patient files to ensure basic compliance documents are present and signed (e.g., Physicians Written Orders, delivery receipts, and patient consent forms).Follow up with internal clinical staff or referring physician offices to track down missing signatures or paperwork.Answer basic patient inquiries regarding their account balances or billing statements.
