Were hiring full-time and part-time unarmed security officers throughout the Milwaukee area, with 1st and 2nd shift opportunities available.

What Youll Do Maintain a visible, professional security presence.

Welcome and assist customers, employees, and visitors.

Patrol assigned areas and identify safety or security concerns.

Monitor entrances, exits, and CCTV systems as assigned.

Observe and report suspicious activity, incidents, and hazards.

Complete clear, accurate daily activity and incident reports.

Respond to emergencies according to training, site procedures, and post orders.

Communicate calmly and professionally with site personnel and your security team.

What You Bring At least 18 years of age.

A high school diploma or GED.

Authorization to work in the United States.

An active Wisconsin Guard Card before your start date.

A dependable work history and commitment to arriving on time.

Reliable transportation to your assigned location.

Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a customer-service mindset.

Ability to meet pre-employment background screening and drug testing requirements.

Previous security, military, corrections, or law enforcement experience is a plus.

Candidates with strong customer service experience and an interest in security are also encouraged to apply.
