Key Responsibilities



* Lead the development and execution of customer-driven district strategy and a coordinated district business plan aligned with business priorities and measurable outcomes.


* Drive district performance across the Immunology portfolio, including ICOTYDE, by helping the team deliver customer-focused execution aligned to patient and business needs.


* Directly supervise Sales Specialists within the district, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and compensation execution in alignment with company practices.
