Purpose:

Global Audit & Assurance (GA&A) provides independent, objective assurance and advisory services to help management maintain compliance with government and industry regulations, mitigate risk, and achieve operational excellence.

The Senior Auditor Investigator supports the Compliance Audit & Investigations team in conducting Sensitive Issue (SI) investigations primarily across Latin America, with support to other regions as needed, including matters involving alleged fraud, potential financial statement misstatements, asset misappropriation, conflicts of interest, expense reporting, and potential violations of Johnson & Johnson business conduct or other company policies.

The role also conducts anti-bribery and anti-corruption (ABAC) process reviews and risk-based reviews at J&J operating companies and related third parties to assess compliance with the U.S.

Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other applicable regulations, and supports other financial, compliance, or operational audits and special projects, as needed.
