Job Responsibilities


* Provide quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans.


* Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.


* Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.


* Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.


* Collaborate with STNAs and other healthcare team members to ensure quality resident care.


* Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and facility staff.


* Follow infection control procedures, safety guidelines, and facility policies.


* Promote residents' dignity, independence, comfort, and overall well-being.


* Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in resident condition.

Qualifications and Requirements


* Current, valid nursing license as an RN or LPN in the state of Ohio.


* Knowledge of nursing practices, medication administration, and resident care standards.


* Strong communication, organizational, and clinical assessment skills.


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


* Compassionate, professional, and dependable attitude.


* Previous long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
