Job Responsibilities


* Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.


* Assist residents with meals, hydration, and mobility as needed.


* Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nursing staff.


* Answer call lights promptly and respond to residents' needs.


* Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.


* Document care provided according to facility policies.


* Treat every resident with dignity, respect, and compassion.


* Follow infection control procedures and all facility policies.

Qualifications and Requirements


* Current, valid State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification.


* Compassionate attitude and a genuine desire to care for others.


* Strong communication and teamwork skills.


* Dependable, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.


* Ability to follow directions and complete assigned responsibilities.


* Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
