Human Capital Senior Consultant, Implementation OCM Lead

Work You'll Do

As a Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Organization, Workforce, & Change team, you will:


* Support the organizational change management (OCM) point of contact and project manager for assigned organizations transitioning from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud HCM.


* Lead organization-level OCM project plans, schedules, resource plans, and dedicated support teams; coordinate with the OCM Hub Lead to align work with program priorities, resources, and risk management.


* Support stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments, and readiness assessments; direct development of role-based training, organization-specific communications, and delivery plans.


* Support stakeholder engagement, readiness validation and go/no-go activities, and cutover and transition activities through go-live; monitor post-go-live adoption, reinforcement, and stabilization.


* Maintain formal risk and issue logs; drive mitigation planning; make delegated schedule and scope trade-off decisions; report plan, progress, readiness, and risk status to leadership; and align activities with the overall program's wave deployment schedule.
