Human Capital Manager, Implementation Training Lead

Work You'll Do

As a Manager, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Organization, Workforce, & Change team, you will:


* Serve as the primary training point of contact and project manager for assigned client agencies transitioning to Oracle Cloud HCM.


* Develop and manage agency-level training plans, schedules, resources, and agency-dedicated training staff.


* Lead training needs assessments, analyze process changes, and direct the development of role-based curricula, training materials, and delivery logistics.


* Lead training delivery, train-the-trainer activities, readiness tracking through go-live, and post-go-live refresher training and reinforcement.


* Maintain the agency training risk and issue log; drive mitigation planning; make delegated scope and schedule trade-off decisions; and coordinate with program and agency change leaders to align activities with deployment waves.
