Social & Family Domain Lead (POTFF) - Tampa, Florida

Maximus is seeking a Social & Family Domain Lead to the Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) program.

This senior-level role provides strategic, technical, and operational leadership for social and family readiness services that enhance Special Operations Forces (SOF) resilience, mission readiness, and career longevity.

The Social & Family Domain Lead oversees programs that strengthen relationships, family stability, communication, social connection, unit cohesion, peer support, family integration, and preparedness.

The position collaborates with multidisciplinary POTFF professionals, government stakeholders, operational leaders, service members, and families to deliver evidence-based, mission-focused support.

This position is based in Tampa, FL.

Candidates must possess an active U.S.

Government Secret security clearance or be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance as required for contract performance.

- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope including facilitating and preparing all planning activities and artifacts.

- Oversee and manage large multi-project programs including planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling program activities.

- Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

- Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
