Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Housekeeping Location: Janesville, WI Schedule: Full-time, Day time hours About the Position We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Willowick Janesville.

This position plays an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors, and staff.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys helping others, and understands the importance of maintaining a respectful and homelike atmosphere for our residents.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Clean and maintain resident apartments, common areas, bathrooms, dining areas, offices, and other designated spaces.

Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect surfaces as needed.

Clean and sanitize bathrooms, fixtures, and high-touch surfaces.

Empty trash and dispose of waste appropriately.

Replenish cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are running low.

Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures.

Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and according to instructions.

Maintain resident privacy, dignity, and confidentiality while working in resident living spaces.

Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or unusual conditions to the appropriate supervisor.

Follow infection prevention practices and applicable community policies.

Work cooperatively with other team members to support the daily operations of the community.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred, but not required.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment.

Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.

Ability to communicate respectfully with residents, families, visitors, and coworkers.

Willingness to learn and follow safety, sanitation, and infection prevention procedures.

Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
