Title: On Site Supervisor

Location: Arlington, Virginia

Security Clearance:  Top Secret

Schedule: Due to the nature of law enforcement work and operation, position may require occasional support outside of core working hours, as well as intermittent weekend support, mission dependent

Salary: Approximately $90,000-110,000/Annually

Job Summary:

The On-Site Supervisor provides direct, on-site supervision of contractor personnel supporting Diversion Control Division operations at DEA headquarters in Arlington, Virginia.

The position ensures effective and timely processing of work assignments, monitors workflow and productivity, reviews completed work for compliance and serves as the primary on-site interface with the Program Manager for performance, technical, and personnel matters.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

 


* Supervise assigned contractor employees and provide day-to-day direction to ensure work assignments are processed effectively, accurately, and on time.


* Review work completed by contractor personnel and confirm that established procedures, operations, quality standards, and Program Manager directions have been satisfactorily implemented.


* Monitor workflow, staffing coverage, production, and workload to minimize backlog and maximize productivity.


* Execute the Contractor’s quality control program at the worksite, including work reviews and quality control spot-checks, and elevate recurring or significant issues.
