521019.Senior Financial Planning Analyst

Under the general direction of the Senior Financial Planning and Treasury Supervisor, the Senior Financial Planning Analyst plays a critical role in the Authority’s financial stewardship.  The position provides essential support in managing the Authority’s debt portfolio by ensuring ongoing compliance with debt covenants, meeting all regulatory and disclosure requirements, and supporting long-term financing strategies.  This role monitors daily cash activity, bank balances, and fund positions to ensure accuracy, safeguard assets, and maintain optimal cash availability for operational and capital needs.  Additionally, this role supports the annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes while analyzing actual revenues and expenses against the forecast and budget throughout the year.

This role also interprets financial and operational activity data into actionable and presentable formats.
