What will you do?


* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from requisition alignment and talent sourcing to offer management, and onboarding support.


* Attract high-caliber talent through diverse sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, professional networks, and direct outreach strategies.


* Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical positions, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.


* Foster strong candidate relationships and deliver an exceptional recruitment experience to enhance engagement and long-term talent connectivity.


* Support and execute employer branding initiatives, such as recruitment campaigns, career fairs, campus events, and digital marketing activities to elevate market presence.


* Collaborate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand workforce requirements, provide talent market insights, and implement effective hiring solutions.

What qualifications will make you successful?


* Minimum 10 years of end to end recruitment experience
