Vocation Engagement Coordinator

We are seeking a full-time (32-40 hours/week) Vocation Engagement Coordinator to join our team at St.

Rose Convent in La Crosse, WI.

Serving as the primary first point of contact for individuals exploring religious life with the Franciscan Sisters of Perpetual Adoration, in this role you would develop opportunities for engagement, respond to inquiries, provide introductoryinformation and resources, and conducts preliminary screening to determine appropriate next steps.

Working collaboratively with ministries within the FSPA, this position helps create a welcoming and intentional pathway from initial awareness and inquiry to serious discernment.
